HNC is proud to partner with American Association for Homecare, the Council for Quality Respiratory Care, and VGM and Associates to support the Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) Competitive Bidding Program Education website. This website is a collaboration between leading industry trade organizations to help prepare durable medical equipment suppliers for Medicare’s next round of the DMEPOS competitive bidding program by compiling publicly available information in one place.

This site brings together publicly available information from government sources on the Medicare Competitive Bidding Program (CBP) for Durable Medical Equipment Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) to provide the community with educational resources and materials. It is not intended, nor should it be construed to be legal advice.  The Competitive Bidding Implementation Contractor (CBIC) is the official information source for bidders and bidder education. Bidders are responsible for their bids and should consult their own counsel for legal advice or the CBIC.
